And everyone at Elfac knows and understands the importance of delivering tailor-made cable, kit and unit solutions in the right quality and on time — so you can focus on operations, growth and development in your company.

Values

That is why our organisation, work processes, training programmes and HR work are closely linked to these values – and that is precisely why it works.

To support production, strengthen cooperation with suppliers and ensure that you as a customer always get the right product at the right time and price, we have a number of support functions as well as a production manager and a managing director.

History

Success From the Start – The Rest Is History

Elfac was founded in 1987 by Kurt Grey Schuster – a passionate entrepreneur with technical talent and the ambition to create a company where quality and integrity mattered more than quick fixes. The vision bore fruit: Already in 1996, Elfac received the Business Award and delivered remarkable results that laid the foundation for future growth.

In 2000, Elfac was acquired by a Swedish industrial group and has since been part of Lagercrantz Group AB. In line with Lagercrantz’s concept, Elfac has retained its identity. Just as production and competencies continue to be concentrated in Silkeborg.

In 2010, Lars Hartvig Andersen took over the role of CEO from Kurt Grey Schuster. Elfac has been a modern company throughout the years and today has 100 employees and customers in a wide range of industries that require reliable and customized solutions.

Elfac’s current headquarters was built in 1999 and provides the setting for 100 employees’ daily work in Silkeborg, Denmark.

In addition, all employees are equipped with a competency card that is continuously updated with qualifications achieved as the various training programmes are completed.

We have a positive and straightforward tone, where there are no stupid questions, and there is always time to help each other – even when both production and administration are busy.
