Industry standards, certificates and analytical methods are an important part of Elfac’s toolbox. That is why we have incorporated them into our own working method: Define, Design, Deliver.
Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
FMEA is an effective tool for identifying risks. Elfac uses the technique for reviewing all processes and ongoing risk assessments as the basis for our control plans. This enables us to identify and prevent potential errors in your order.
IPC – The International Industry Standard
In collaboration with Danish company HYTEK A/S, a number of Elfac employees have achieved certification in the most widely used international industry standard for wire and cable harness manufacturing. It concerns approval requirements for production processes and is called IPC-WHMA-A-620. It was developed by IPC and the Wiring Harness Manufacturers Association.
ISO 9001 The foundation for robust processes
