At Elfac the APQP is an integrated part of our overall Work Method: Define, Design, Deliver. APQP is incorporated in all three phases with the sole purpose to safeguard quality in all processes. At Elfac the APQP process is split in three levels and work together with our other systems to secure the right quality in all deliveries.
