FMEA is an effective tool to highlight risks. Elfac uses the technique to go through all processes and running risk assessments as a foundation for control plans. That way we are able to uncover and prevent potential failures.

IPC

International Industry Standards

The most universal certification

In collaboration with Danish HYTEK A/S, a number of our employees have achieved the most widely accepted international industry certification within wire and cable harnesses, IPC-WHMA-A-620. This standard has been developed by IPC and the Wiring Harness Manufacturers Association and deals with approval requirements for production processes.

At Elfac the certification is much more than a document to hang on a wall. To us it is all about continuous production optimisation (brugen af ‘z’ er Amerikansk ikke Engelsk, så spørg lige om det er det Elfac ønsker), better logistics and satisfied customers. So for us it’s not enough to be certified, we want to use the certification and the best standards every day to the benefit of our customers and their competitive power. At Elfac ISO9001 is simply our management system.
